Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    2 c. onions, diced
    2 c. potatoes, sliced
    2 c. carrots, chopped
    2 c. celery, diced
    1 can mushrooms, sliced
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    5 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 c. V-8 juice
Preparation
    Put items into a large pot, in the order listed and bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
