Raisin Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add shortening, milk, egg and raisins. Mix well.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Mix brown sugar and boiling water.
    Pour over cake batter.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
