Fried Rabbit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

rabbit
salt and pepper
flour
grease or oil
4 Tbsp. water
Preparation
-
Section rabbit and dust with salt and pepper.
Flour the pieces and brown in grease or oil.
Add water and cover skillet. Turn rabbit several times and continue cooking at low heat until tender.
Remove and serve with mashed potatoes, gravy and a vegetable.
