Ingredients

1 lb. pkg. cocoa
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) whipped topping
2 pkg. instant chocolate or vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
Preparation

With food processor, crumble cookies.
Remove 1 cup and set aside.
To remaining crumbs, add margarine and press firmly into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan; freeze 15 minutes.
Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar and whipped topping until light and fluffy. Gently spread mixture over chilled crumbs.
Beat pudding and milk together; spread over cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle top with reserved crumbs.
Cover and chill for 24 hours.
