Gravy For Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    pan drippings
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. instant coffee powder
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet with drippings.
    Stir in flour.
    Add beef bouillon cube dissolved in boiling water and instant coffee powder.
    Cook and stir until gravy thickens.
    Add meatballs. Cover and cook slowly about 30 minutes, basting occasionally. Makes 30 balls.
