Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. California Blend, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. sour cream
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can Durkee French fried onion rings
Preparation

Mix 1/2 can onion rings and rest of ingredients except vegetables.
Add to vegetables.
Put remaining onion rings and extra cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
