Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cook carrots in salt water.
    Drain well.
    Blend carrots and butter.
    Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until firm.
