Chile - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can kidney beans
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. celery powder
    1 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 1/2 (2-inch) onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 to 2 cans water (sauce size)
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. dry macaroni (dry)
Preparation
    Cook onion and garlic in Crisco oil until limp; add ground beef and brown. Add all ingredients, except macaroni and beans. Simmer for 40 minutes. Prepare macaroni as per instructions. Add macaroni and beans; simmer for 10 minutes more.
