Sesame Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely diced celery
    1 c. grated carrots
    4 oz. finely diced onion
    1/2 c. water
    2 packets instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
    6 slices whole wheat bread, made into crumbs
    3/4 c. evaporated skim milk
    2 Tbsp. imitation or diet margarine
    1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a nonstick skillet.
    Cook until onions are transparent.
    Transfer vegetables to a mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Spoon into a 1-quart casserole which has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
