Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    12 oz. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix soup, onion, sour cream, butter, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    After blending thoroughly, add cheese and hash browns. Mix and bake in uncovered dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
