Beef Brisket Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 brisket, trimmed and thawed
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. onion powder
    2 small bottles liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. celery salt
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Rub into meat.
    Cover and refrigerate 24 hours, turning once. Rinse off meat and coat with favorite barbecue sauce.
    Bake covered with fat side up 6 hours at 275\u00b0.
