Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. finely chopped large onion
    1 c. finely chopped large green pepper
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped pimento
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
Preparation
    Combine chopped vegetables in medium bowl.
    Thoroughly mix oil and vinegar.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Add sauerkraut.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
