Cake Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites
Preparation

In small bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar, shortening, vanilla and egg whites.
Blend well.
Beat in remaining sugar until smooth and creamy.
Optionally, flavor with chocolate or strawberry, and frost cake.
