Mushroom Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    cheese slices
    cream of mushroom soup
    1 stick margarine/butter
    1/2 c. Carnation milk (cream)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes
    and slice medium thin.
    Cook potatoes (salt to taste) on stovetop until firm, but done.
    In saucepan put soup, butter, cream and 4 cheese slices and slowly melt cheese. Drain potatoes and pour in baking dish.
    Cover with cheese sauce; top with cheese slices and bake in oven until bubbly, about 15 minutes.
