Spanakopita (Spinach Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
    1/2 c. scallions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
    2 sprigs dill or 1/2 tsp. dried dill
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. Feta cheese, crumbled
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Clean spinach.
    Scald in boiling water briefly and drain it well.
    Saute the scallions in 3 tablespoons of butter until soft. Add spinach, parsley, dill, salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes.
    Place the spinach mixture in a well-greased 10-inch pie plate.
    Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top.
