Cheese Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 to 1 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 to 1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cook until tender.
    Drain and mash thoroughly.
    Add butter, cheese, milk and salt.
    Beat until butter and cheese are melted.
    Fold in eggs and pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle top with a little shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, until puffy and golden brown.
