Mandarin Orange And Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
2 c. large curd cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Combine oranges, pineapple, cottage cheese, whipped topping and vanilla.
Sprinkle Jell-O over mixture and stir well.
Spoon mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
Combine pecans and coconut. Sprinkle over salad.
Chill 6 hours or overnight.
