Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening or margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients well.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes; then cover with tinfoil and bake 10 additional minutes.
