Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. instant rice, uncooked
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
salt to taste
1 cut-up chicken or 6 chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Grease a large Pyrex dish.
Pour in rice.
Dilute soup with 1 can water.
Pour over rice.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over rice and soup.
Salt to taste.
Brown chicken in butter.
Place on top of mixture.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
