Poulet Au Vin Blanc(Chicken With White Wine; Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large chicken breasts, boned, skinned and split
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onion, thinly sliced
    1 c. white wine
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or use dried
Preparation
    Coat chicken with flour, salt and pepper.
    Shake off excess flour and reserve.
