Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker pie crust
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1/3 c. crunchy peanut butter or smooth
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Whip sugar, peanut butter and cream cheese until fluffy.
    Blend in gelatin until well mixed.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Blend thoroughly. Pour into pie crust; refrigerate until served (1 to 2 hours).
