Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced apples
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. quick oats
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. butter or oleo
Preparation

Place sliced apples in a greased casserole.
Sprinkle with lemon and sugar.
Blend oleo, brown sugar, flour and rolled oats. Spread over the apples.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
Serve plain or with whipped topping or ice cream.
