Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. squash, cooked and drained
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 carrot, grated
    1 pkg. Pepperidge herb season mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until done.
    Drain and mash.
    Add grated carrot and sour cream.
    Mix well. Melt margarine and add to herb season mix.
    Mix well.
    Line bottom of Pyrex dish with 1/2 of season mix mixture.
    Pour squash mixture on top of season mix. Top with remaining 1/2 season mix and bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes.
