Texas Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chili meat
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    2 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    8 beef bouillon cubes
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In large kettle, brown meat; add onion.
    Cook and stir until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
