Mexican Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1/2 c. water
    5 English muffins, split
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain.
    Add seasoning mix and water.
    Simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
    Place muffins on cookie sheet; top with meat mixture.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until heated through.
    Makes 5 servings.
