Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped black walnuts
    3 c. raw apples, peeled and chopped
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, add oil and sugar, blending well.
    Add eggs.
    Blend well.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add to creamy mixture.
    Mix well.
    Add apples, vanilla and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan or tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or, if using tube pan, bake for 1 hour.
    May also bake in 2 or 3 layers.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
