Russian Cream Fruit Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained (9 oz.)
    1 c. drained finely diced peaches
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/3 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Chill until partially congealed.
    Fold in pineapple, peaches, coconut and sour cream. Turn into 5 cup salad mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Unmold and garnish with peach slices and coconut snowballs.
