Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 stick margarine
1/4 c. white wine
1/2 c. scallions
1/2 c. carrots (precooked)
2 lb. boneless chicken
Preparation

Roll chicken in bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano and garlic.
Melt butter and brown chicken.
Remove chicken into baking dish.
Add scallions, carrots and white wine to frypan; cook 1 to 2 minutes.
Pour butter and wine mix over chicken in baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 1 hour.
Can make ahead.
