Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (No. 303) can pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation

Mix ingredients in order given.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking 45 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
