Sour Cream Rhubarb Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces
1 c. sour cream

Preparation

Mix granulated sugar, chopped nuts, melted butter and cinnamon and set aside for topping.
