Microwave Beef And Vegie Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef or chuck
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
2 to 3 small potatoes, peeled and quartered
3 to 4 carrots, sliced 1/2-inch thick
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix ground beef, onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper.
Place in a casserole dish forming a ring around a glass drinking glass in the middle.
Remove glass; arrange potatoes in center of ring.
Place carrots around outer edge.
Microwave covered, on Medium-high, for 25 minutes.
Rotate if your oven has hot spots.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
