Confetti Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shredded monterey jack cheese
1/4 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped carrots
1 Tbsp. chopped green onions
1 Tbsp. chopped red peppers
6 miniature bagels, split and toasted

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except mini bagels. Mix well and spread on mini bagel halves.
Broil until cheese is melted.
