Chicken En Bianco - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
2 large green peppers, sliced
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. Sauterne wine
1 stick oleomargarine
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken breasts with oil and bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0; drain.
Melt 1 stick oleomargarine and simmer peppers and mushrooms until slightly soft, about 10 minutes.
Put mushrooms and peppers on chicken breasts. Pour the margarine and juice over chicken breasts.
Pour the Sauterne over all and cover tightly with foil if not serving immediately.
Can be reheated at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
