Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 egg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
Place in well greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until lightly browned and firm.
Serve hot. Refrigerate leftovers.
Yields 6 to 8 side dish servings.
