Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

2 lb. frozen country style hash browns
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 sticks butter or oleo
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, minus 1 stick butter.
Pour into buttered pan.
Cut up 6 to 8 pieces of bread, melt the other stick of butter in skillet and add bread cubes to melted butter.
When bread has soaked up butter, put it on top when the rest is almost done, so it doesn't get too brown.
