Antoinetta Paglione'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. apples, cut fine
    8 oz. nuts (optional)
    4 oz. oil
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix eggs and sugar first, then add the rest of the ingredients in order given.
    Bake in 10-inch tube pan that has been greased and floured well.
    Cake is done when toothpick inserted comes out clean.
