Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lasagne noodles
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. Ricotta cheese or more
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese or more
1 large jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Fry hamburger and drain.
Add salt and pepper, if desired. Add Ragu sauce to hamburger and simmer a few minutes.
Cook noodles as directed.
Spoon some sauce on bottom of pan to prevent noodles from sticking.
Arrange 3 noodles in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer 1/2 pound Mozzarella on noodles, then 1/2 pound Ricotta and 1/2 the hamburger sauce.
Layer 3 more noodles and repeat layers of cheeses and sauce (save 2 to 3 tablespoons of sauce for top).
Place 3 noodles on top.
Spread the remaining sauce on last noodles.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, until hot and bubbling throughout.
