Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chicken flavor Stove Top stuffing mix
    1/4 c. melted butter
    4 c. grated zucchini
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated carrot
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix the bread crumbs and seasoning packet of stuffing mix with the melted butter and stir.
    Cook zucchini and onion together in salted water for 5 minutes.
    Drain and set aside.
    Combine chicken soup, sour cream and carrots.
    Stir in the onions and zucchini.
    Put half of the stuffing mix into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Pour in the zucchini mixtures and top with the remaining stuffing.
    Bake, covered, for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove cover for the last 5 minutes.
