Tomato-Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust, browned
    sliced, fresh tomatoes, seasoned with salt, pepper and basil
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (mild)
    diced onions (added with tomatoes optional)
Preparation
    Lay sliced tomatoes on bottom of pie crust.
    Mix together the mayonnaise and cheeses.
    Fill pie shell with mixture.
    Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
