Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 sticks margarine or butter
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, beating between each egg. Add other ingredients alternating with buttermilk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes or until done and golden.
