Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium-size potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp.pepper, if desired
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 to 3 Tbsp. parsley, chives, sage, onion or your choice
4 Tbsp. Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Scrub potatoes.
Pat dry.
Cut potatoes into thin slices but not all the way through.
Put potatoes in a microwave-safe pan. Sprinkle oil and your choice of herbs.
Microwave 10 minutes on High.
Rearrange potatoes after 5 minutes.
Let rest 5 minutes and microwave another 6 minutes.
Add cheeses.
Sprinkle with salt.
