Grit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. boiling water
    2/3 tsp. salt
    1 c. quick grits
    1/4 lb. oleo
    3/4 lb. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
    2 Tbsp. pimiento
    2 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Cook grits in salted water until done.
    Add oleo, cheese, green chilies, pimiento and eggs.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
