Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream together butter and Crisco.
Gradually add sugar. Cream well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa together.
Add alternately with the milk, starting and ending with the dry ingredients.
Add vanilla.
Grease and flour large tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Do not overbake.
