Gizzadas(Jamaican Coconut Tart) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
cold water
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour and salt.
Add water to make a stiff dough but work the dough as little as possible.
Roll out dough into 1/8-inch thickness, about 5 inches in diameter.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Pinch edge between fingers to make the side about 3/4 inch high.
Fill with coconut mixture.
