Fluffy Fruit Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    12 large marshmallows
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine flour and sugar in a small saucepan.
    Gradually add pineapple
    juice,
    mixing
    thoroughly.
    Add
    egg, stirring well. Place over\tlow
    heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat and cool completely.
    Fold in Cool Whip. Serve over fresh fruit.
    Yields about 3 cups.
