Roast Pork With Cabbage And Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. pork tenderloin, trim off fat
    6 c. shredded cabbage
    1 large onion, sliced
    2/3 c. shredded carrots
    1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. dill seed, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place pork tenderloin on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Insert a meat thermometer.
    Roast in a 325\u00b0 oven for 3/4 to 1 hour or until thermometer registers 170\u00b0.
