Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. carrots, cooked and cooled
    1 stick butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Blend in a a blender or food processor the carrots, melt and add the butter, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and brown sugar. Beat the eggs together and add to mixture.
    Pour in a 6 inch baking dish and cook at 350 for 1 hour or until center of souffle is firm.
