Basic Crustless Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter/margarine
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 lb. large curd cottage cheese
    1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Melt the
    butter.
    Whip
    the
    eggs until fluffy and add the flour,
    baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, melted butter and half
    the
    Jack
    cheese.
    At
    this\tpoint,\tadd
    any other special ingredients
    you wish.
    Place the mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch
    baking
    dish.
    Top
    with
    remaining Jack cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0
    for 15 minutes; then reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue to\tbake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the top is lightly browned. Cool and cut into squares for serving.
