Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. (3/4 stick) unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz. thinly sliced Prosciutto, cut into thin strips
florets of cauliflower, cut into 1/4-inch lengthwise pieces (slices)
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
cayenne pepper (pinch)
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt butter over medium heat in large skillet.
Add garlic; saute 2 minutes.
Stir in the Prosciutto and saute 2 minutes more.
Add the cauliflower and cook just until it begins to lose its crispiness, 3 to 4 minutes.
Stir in flour, then cream.
Blend.
Season with cayenne, salt and pepper.
Heat to boiling and immediately remove from heat.
Pour the cauliflower into shallow dish.
Top with the cheese and parsley.
Bake until lightly browned and bubbling, about 30 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 portions.
Serve immediately.
