Hot Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6-8 medium potatoes, cooked, and cubed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    bacon crumbs
    stuffed olives
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in slightly greased casserole dish (10 in.).
    Cover with bacon crumbs and sliced stuffed olives.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and the casserole is hot through.
